Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enter the raffle. Raffle participation is also governed by our Official Raffle Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and not to attempt to manipulate the raffle, submit entries on behalf of others without permission, interfere with the site, or access non-public areas. We may disqualify entries or restrict access for any suspected abuse.
No warranty
This site and the raffle are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Mixerpalooza organizers, sponsors, and venue are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the raffle.
Intellectual property
The Mixerpalooza name, site content, and design are the property of their respective owners and may not be reproduced without permission. Sponsor names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
