This Privacy Policy explains how the Mixerpalooza event organizers ("we," "us") collect and use your information when you participate in the Mixerpalooza sponsor raffle.
Information we collect
When you enter the raffle, we collect the name and email address you provide, and a record of which sponsor booths you scanned. We store a small identifier in your browser (localStorage) so you don't have to re-enter your details at every booth. We do not collect payment information through this site.
How we use your information
- To run the raffle, tally entries, and select and contact winners.
- To share your name and email with the sponsor whose booth you scanned — scanning a sponsor's code is how you opt in to connect with them.
- To send you event-related and, where permitted, follow-up messages.
Sharing with sponsors
The raffle is powered by our sponsors. By scanning a sponsor's QR code to earn an entry, you consent to sharing your name and email with that specific sponsor so they can follow up with you. Each sponsor is responsible for its own use of that information.
Retention
We retain raffle data for as long as needed to administer the event and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your information, or opt out of follow-up emails, by contacting info@contractorverifiedusa.com. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link.
Security
We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
