Official Raffle Rules

These Official Rules govern the Mixerpalooza sponsor raffle (the "Promotion") held in connection with the Mixerpalooza networking event on July 24, 2026 at FBS Appliance, 7816 Burnet Rd, Austin, TX 78757. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules.

1. Sponsor & Administrator

The Promotion is administered by the Mixerpalooza event organizers ("Organizer"), reachable at info@contractorverifiedusa.com. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Eventbrite or any social media platform.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who attend the Mixerpalooza event. Employees of the Organizer and participating sponsors, and their immediate family members, may be excluded where required. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins when doors open and ends at the live prize drawing on July 24, 2026. Entries must be received before the drawing begins to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

During the event, each participating sponsor displays a unique QR code at its booth. To enter, scan a sponsor's QR code and submit your name and email address. Each sponsor booth is worth one (1) entry, for a maximum of sixteen (16) sponsor entries. Scanning duplicate codes for the same sponsor does not create additional entries.

Blackout bonus: if you enter with all sixteen (16) participating sponsors, your total entries are doubled.

5. Free Alternate Method of Entry

No purchase or ticket is required to enter or win. To request a free entry without scanning a sponsor code, ask an event staff member at the registration desk, or email info@contractorverifiedusa.com during the Promotion Period with your name. Limit one alternate entry per person.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and the number of entries associated with each participant. Because each entry is a separate chance, participants with more entries have proportionally greater odds.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners are selected by a random drawing, weighted by number of entries, conducted live at the event. Winners are announced from the stage and may also be contacted using the email address provided. A potential winner who cannot be verified or who declines a prize may be disqualified and an alternate drawn.

8. Prizes

Prizes are as announced at the event. No cash alternative or substitution is offered except at the Organizer's sole discretion. Prizes are awarded "as is" with no warranty. Any difference between the stated and actual value of a prize will not be awarded.

9. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to the use of a winner's first name for the purpose of announcing winners at the event, without additional compensation.

11. Privacy

Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Because you scan a sponsor's booth to enter, your name and email may be shared with that sponsor.

12. Limitation of Liability

By entering, you release the Organizer, participating sponsors, and the venue from any liability for any loss, harm, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Governing Law

The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.
